Loscombe Crossroads (A30) Survey

Overview

Temporary restrictions at Loscombe Crossroads were introduced in 2025 to remove crossing movements at the junction following a history of serious and fatal collisions. 

The junction is located on the A30, a high-speed dual carriageway. The restrictions changed how some journeys are made through the junction and surrounding road network. 

Dorset Council would like to understand how the current arrangements have affected residents, businesses and road users, including any impacts on safety, access and travel.
