Sexual Health Services
Overview
About this survey
We’d like to hear about your experiences with sexual health services in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) and Dorset areas. It also asks how you find information about sexual health and what you would like from these services in the future.
Please note this survey is for individuals aged 18+ years only. Separate engagement activities are planned with people under 18 years of age.
If you would like to submit a view on behalf of an organisation or from the perspective of your work, please complete the stakeholder survey.
Who is running this survey?
This is a survey from the Public Health teams at BCP and Dorset Councils. The public health teams work together to plan and commission sexual health services.
Your answers are collected through the Citizen Space website and stored by Dorset Council, following the Privacy notice. Any information you provide is treated in confidence and according to the data protection legislation. You won't be asked for your name and your answers will not be used to identify you. Only the Public Health teams at Dorset and BCP Council will see the full data. No-one outside of the teams will see your personal responses, and any data included in reports will be anonymised. Your answers will help us understand what people need and want from services in the future.
If you have any questions about the survey please contact us.

You do not have to take part in this survey and what you tell us won’t affect any services you currently receive. You can skip any questions you don’t want to answer.
