Library Book Renewal Survey
Overview
The survey is designed to help us better understand how library members choose to renew their books and what influences their preferred method.
By gathering insight into whether customers renew online, via the LibrariesWest app, by phone, in person, or through self-service kiosks, we can identify what’s working well and where improvements may be needed.
Your feedback will help us shape future library services, improve customer experience, and ensure our renewal options are accessible, convenient, and effective for everyone.
If you would like to respond in a different way, like a paper survey, they will be available at all libraries in the Dorset Council area.
We are working with LibrariesWest and the Home Library Service (Royal Voluntary Service) to gather the information for this survey. Please note, any data collected follows Dorset Council's privacy policy.
