Childcare Survey for Dorset Parents and Carers

Overview

Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. 

This survey is for people who live in Dorset and have a child or children aged 0 to 16 years (or up to 18 years if your child has special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND)). Your child should currently attend, or be expected to attend, a childcare setting or school in Dorset. 

The survey is divided into sections so that you only answer questions relevant to your situation. These sections cover: 

• Early years childcare 
• Childcare for school-aged children 
• Holiday childcare 

It should take around 15–20 minutes to complete. 

As a thank you, Dorset Council is offering an optional prize draw, with five £50 Amazon vouchers available to win.
