Dorset Council Parking Survey
Overview
Since 2021/22, we’ve operated a 3-tier parking tariff and updated our permit system. Now, we’re reviewing how well these changes are working for residents, workers, businesses, and visitors. This survey focuses on how you use our car parks, how aware you are of the permits available, and whether the current system meets your needs.
We’re especially keen to learn:
- how and when you use Dorset Council car parks
- what types of permits you use (if any), and how they support your daily activities
- your views on the 3-tier pricing structure
- your experience with resident-only and evening parking arrangements
Your feedback will help us improve parking services across Dorset — making them fairer, more accessible, and better suited to the way people live and travel. Please take a few minutes to share your views. Every response helps shape the future of parking in our communities.
